ABOUT THE BUILD

Medcare Hospital, Safa Park, Dubai (built for Dr Moopen's Group) covers an area of 120m x 60m. The development incorporates a hospital building, six duplex villas, a service building and a parking area. The hospital rises from the basement to two storeys above ground level and also incorporates staff accommodation.
