ABOUT THE BUILD

The Park Hyatt at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, is located on a nine-kilometre stretch of environmentally-protected beach on Saadiyat Island. The hotel has 306 hotel rooms, suites and private villas that overlook Saadiyat Beach, the golf club or the hotel gardens.

• Chilled water is fed through district cooling facility for the total tonnage of 2,804 TR

Total cooling load of the project is 1525 TR and the total electrical load is 9327kW.
