ABOUT THE BUILD

The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa is a 172-room, 5-star hotel located within the grounds of Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The club has a 27-hole championship golf course and is home to the PGA European Tour Abu Dhabi Golf Championship.

From the hotel, a short drive takes you to the premier attractions in Abu Dhabi such as the Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Total cooling load of the project is 2,112 TR and the total electrical load is 9,063kW.

The unique aspects to this project are the Hotel Interactive Television System and Room Management System with light dimming.
